Now we are looking for Customer Support Consultant， within a 10 people team.

岗位描述

- Provide Help Desk Support to our customers coordinated with our European teams in France & Germany与法国、德国以及其他欧洲团队协作，为客户提供后台支撑

- Give Training to users of a Purchasing software对采购软件的用户给予培训

- Mainly serve Japanese clients主要面对日本客户

- Sourcing suppliers 供应商开发

岗位要求

- Fluent in English and Japanese英语和日语水平良好（口头和书面）（会法语或其他语种更佳）

- Familiar with MS Office 熟练使用officer软件

- Good sense of contact平易近人
