Position Summary
Lead the team to manage and develop the sales in AM market in assigned region.


Main Accountabilities
·Manage regional aftermarket business of industrial-section based on Aftermarket Marketing & Sales Strategy and requirement.
·Take positive plans and actions to meet the company sales and margin target.
·Identify sales opportunities for target customers, assist customer to develop new sales channel.
·Explore the local market demand and find the new potential distributor, complete distributor network development.
·Manage the distributors' network and balance customer relationship to avoid internal competition.
·Collect the market information, competitors' activity etc., make the accurate forecast monthly, quarterly, annual revenues.
·Take product and technical training for customer periodically and compatibly, solve the problems independently and efficiently to satisfy the customers.
·New project and market development.
·Cooperate with accounting Dept. on money collection, credit reviews.
·Actively participate and cooperate with company marketing activities like promotions, exhibitions.
·Expenses Control.


Job Requirements
·Have channel management skill.
- Clear overview of the local automotive/industry parts market.
- Competition analysis.
·Fluent in both written and oral English.
·Good at MS Office software.
·Strong team work spirit.
·Be honest and understand multinational company culture.
·Willing to travel inside China, including international travels.
·Self-motivated with strong interest in sales.

长春曼胡默尔富奥滤清器有限公司成立于2002年，由曼胡默尔和一汽富维股份公司合资成立，总投资2400万。主要生产空滤， 液体滤，空气干燥罐， 工业滤产品，PU滤芯，胶线工艺空滤芯，红外线焊接滤芯。公司位于长春经济技术开发区。
