岗位职责：
1. 带领团队开拓市场，达成团队销售目标。
2. 保证团队人员编制的健全，人员流失时主动进行招聘。
3. 主持团队晨会，总结团队人员的销售经验，指导队员作业方向和技巧。
4. 组织本团队人员培训
5. 团队人员职业操守教育
6、精通电话营销，精通销售管理。

职位要求：
1，有电话销售带队经验公司优先考虑；
2. 中专或以上学历，营销、管理等专业优先考虑；
3. 三年以上工作经验，有销售团队管理经验优先考虑；
4. 具有良好的客户沟通、人际交往及维系客户关系的能力；
5. 能够有效开发客户资源；
6. 诚实守信，为人谦虚、勤奋努力，具有高度的团队合作精神和高度的工作热情

底薪：3000-8000，千金易得，一将难求，只要你管理好，公司即可提供高薪，公司为您大力招兵买马！

薪资待遇：底薪+提成+奖金
