Experience At least 5 years, preferably with relevant experience in similar industry
Educational Qualification -Bachelor Degree/Master in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent, or
-Bachelor Degree/Master in Tourism and Hospitality or equivalent
Skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
- Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
- Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills (Chinese and English)
- High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision makers
- Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
- Possess network of luxury media, international luxury brands, financial institutions, private clubs, art galleries, private museums is advantageous
- Travel is essential for this position

Responsibilities
- Deepen Company’s understanding of segment by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; networking and in-depth engagement of relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver the business strategy through research, integration of resources, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports and roadmap.
- Proactively discover and expand Company’s database in China that is relevant to Company’s strategies for the premium segment.
- Support the development of Singapore based service providers to better target the Chinese Premium segment.
- Lead and manage Company’s events that target the Premium segment.
- Provide direction, guidance to the team to ensure alignment with the Company’s strategies.
- Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new databases.
- Serves as a lead facilitator, both internally and externally for projects.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
