Customer Service Representative – Order Management

The National Instruments Operations Team has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in Shanghai, China. The successful candidate for this position will work with NI China Operations Team and diverse set of people to assure China and Hong Kong customer orders will be booked accurately and efficiently within target SLA. The candidate will work for NI China Operations Team to support order management team. This role will mainly be responsible for reviewing customer orders, checking order information with customer, booking order in Oracle system and order following up.

In support of these efforts, you will work closely with the following NI personnel:

• NI China Operations Team
• NI China Sales Team
• NI China Finance Team
• NI China Trade Compliance Team

Responsibilities:

• Customer purchase order review and check
• Order information check and confirm with customer
• Order entry and book
• Coordination with sales, finance, trade compliance, operations team and customer
• Inventory/ATP checking for customer and sales
• Follow NI China Operations’ guidelines and rules

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in International Trade, Economics, Business, English
• Outgoing personality and teamwork spirit
• Customer friendly attitude and understanding of customer communications
• Quick learner and excellent execution skill
• Excellent written & oral English is required
• Excellent written & oral mandarin Chinese is required
• Knowledge of import & export logistics is preferred
• Experience with Oracle Applications is a plus
