? Proven track record of windows software and Microsoft Visual Studio

? Embedded Software experience - desirable but not essential

4.General Requirements
? Proven track record of using Source Control in a big or medium size software projects with multiple players and asynchronous change. eg. MKS Source Integrity, SVN, Dude ... many others. This is essential
? Case Tools & RTOS - desirable but not essential
? Understands Object Encapsulation, Inheritance & Polymorphism (this should be natural to a C++ person)
