职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES：
- Teach children between the age of 1-6 of Mandarin
- Ensure the development and safety of all children by school policies
- Respect children and parents
- Ensure equipment and facilities are clean, safe and well maintained
- Report to the home room teacher respectively
- Train and guide two assistant teachers in cooperation with the home room teacher
- Develop appropriate preschool program for young children
- Plan and implement appropriate activities in the program
- Provide assistance during snack, lunch time and toilet training
- Provide adequate activities to challenge the needs of individual children
- Develop activities that introduce math and Chinese characters concepts
- Establish policies and procedures in cooperation with the home room teacher
- Fill out daily communication booklets
- Take an active role in the weekly teachers meetings
- Take part in parent teacher conferences

- 同班主任一起培训班内2名助教

- 点心及午餐时间提供必要协助，培训幼儿正当使用厕所
- 为个别需特殊照料的学生提供必要协助
- 开发与中文和数学相关的课堂活动
- 协助班主任制定教学流程及班级纪律
- 填写每日沟通联络本
- 每周例会上踊跃发言
- 组织召开家长会
Requirements:
- University degree related to early childhood education
- Min. 3 years of relevant work experience
- Putonghua native speaker and good English
- Skills in music, arts or physical education useful
- Holding teaching certificate is a must
- Holding preschool teaching certificate is a plus
- Be familiar with emergency procedures
- Computer literate
