Your Responsibilities

    

    

The Bookkeeper and Administrative Coordinator will be a key player among the organization.

    

The mainly responsibilities are the following:

    

    

Accounting Tasks:

    

？ Record invoices

    

？ Reconciliation between the accounting and the bank account

    

？ Prepare the monthly closing in order to provide, each month, the financial report (P&L, Balance sheet) to the HQ

    

    

Financial Tasks:

    

？ Prepare Annual budget & control costs according to forecasts

    

？ Issue Monthly Financial Reporting and investigate any deviations

    

？ Follow up of Receivables, Payables and Stock Level: Collection of payments and power of signature for issuance of Payments

    

？ Follow up of Cashflow situation and Forecast

    

？ Perform a permanent Cost Reduction Analysis

    

？ Major contact for Banks, Accounting Company, Payroll Company, Merchant account provider…

    

    

Job Skills and Specifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2/3+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to use company-standard software such as MS Office and Kingdee
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and detail-orientated
• Customer-oriented
• Ability to work in a team setting
