工作描述

• Proactive and self-dependent sourcing for both Festo production plants in China (GPC Shanghai and GPC Jinan)

主动并独立地为费斯托中国生产工厂(上海生产中心和济南生产中心)整合资源

• Execution of procurement market analyses for related commodities or technologies

执行相关物品和技术的采购市场调研分析

• Identification and build up of new suppliers as well as optimisation of existing supplier base in terms of cost reduction and performance improvement

识别并建立新供应商；在降低成本和提高服务质量的基础上优化现有供应商

• RFQ and cost comparison as well as analysis

询价、比价以及价格分析

• Negotiation and contract management

谈判及合同管理

• Development and execution of supplier strategies

发展和执行供应商策略

• Project purchasing related to new products

有关新产品的项目采购

• Support in quality related topics such as technical discussions, parts release, etc.

支持与质量相关的课题，例如技术讨论、物料释放等等

• Close cooperation with other Festo plants within Festo’s production and logistics network

在费斯托生产和物流网络中，与其它工厂的紧密合作

Requirements / :

• Scholarship: University degree (Bachelor)

学历 大学 （学士）

• Major: Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration with technical work

专业 experience preferred

机械工程或者商务管理，具备技术工作经验者优先

• Work Experience: At least 3 years work experience in purchasing, experience in industrial

工作经验 area and a foreign enterprise is preferred, or alternatively

至少3年采购经验，具备工业领域采购经验以及外企采购经验者或类似者优先，或者

At least 3 years work experience in mechanical engineering, especially in machining process of aluminium material

至少3年在机械工程，特别是铝材机械加工方面的工作经验

• Skills / :

o Knowledge of purchasing processes, process competence as well as high quality awareness /
