Fabric RND Merchandiser 面料研发跟单

Job Responsibility:

1. Research proper supplier and develop new fabric according to potential innovations and creative
request plan. Drive the development process
2. Execute best practice RND methodology and ensure that new fabrics are thoroughly tested are in
adherence with products category standard before introduction.
3. Supply base development with involves negotiating prices, lead time, minimums and related
supply issues
4. Take a strategic approach to high volume fabric to leverage scale and cost advantage and
enhancing quality.
5. Regular updates to ensure fabrics are consistent with brand requirement.
6. Continuously help to update fabric library.
7. Follow up payment and SPO(sample puchase order)

Qualification Required:

1, Bachelor Degree in textile or related major
2,At least 6 years in sourcing / fabric development, including production
3,Excellent understanding of fabric construction, yarn structure and testing
methodology.
4,Team player and problem solver, that drives in a fast paced changing
environment
5, Good in English and Mandarin
