岗位职责：

1，作为公司派驻工厂代表，常驻工厂，负责公司产品在代工厂的来料抽检（确保合格的来料上产线）、生产加工巡查、发货前验货；

2，熟悉公司产品的工作原理、制造流程和质量标准，对来料检测以及加工、组装过程中的质量和产能问题能及时有效地进行处理；

3, 期提报回顾跟踪产线问题点改善效果（日报，周报，月报）。

职位要求：

1， 35岁以下，大学专科以上学历；

2， 有2年以上电子厂生产管理或品质管理经验，熟悉ISO体系且有电子烟品质管控经验优先；

3， 能看懂CAD图纸，熟悉压铸、机加、喷粉、电镀、喷砂等工艺流程及管控重点；

4， 熟悉电子、PCBA、塑胶、五金品质检验和常见问题处理方法；

5， 常驻工厂，按照工厂管理人员工作时间上下班；

6， 思路清晰、沟通能力强，善于抓取和分析数据，善于主动发现问题和解决问题；

7， 细致认真，爱岗敬业，时间观念强，以身作则，具备良好的职业素养和职业道德。
