岗位职责：

1. To achieve annual assigned sales targets through appropriate marketing and sales activities/initiatives in designated regions

-Based on deep understanding to the designated regions, to develop and execute appropriate sales/business plans

-To proactively identify and penetrate into potential target market segments

-To proactively identify and follow key projects up by building industrial/customer purchasing network, including but not limited to design institutes, contractors/subcontractors, end users

-To proactively identify and develop potential target OEM customers

-To proactively develop, maintain and manage distribution/partner networks in responsible regions

2. To identify new sales opportunities for the company through capturing customer requirements, collecting competitors' information, etc.

3. To deliver accurate and timely reports and forecasts

任职要求：

1. Above 2-3 years sales working experience ( preferring 1-2 years in the relevant industries or fluid handling equipments (experience preferably with AODD pumps).最好来自泵、阀、流量计等流体控制机械领域（隔膜泵优先）

2. Good knowledge of the application in mechanical, chemical, fluid, etc. 有电子、医药、新能源、水处理行业、环保经验者优先

3. Experience to work with distributors/key accounts有分销/代理销售及大客户开发经验者优先

4. Excellent interpersonal communication skill 极好的个人沟通技巧

5. Proactively diligent and hard working工作主动、积极、勤奋者优先
