岗位职责

Responsibilities

1. 根据项目要求，按时完成目标有机化合物的合成，并独立解决实验中遇到的问题

   Perform organic synthesis of assigned target molecules according to the project's goal and timeline. Independently analyze and solve experimental problems

2. 独立完成一般目标化合物合成路线的文献检索和设计
   Synthetic route design of target molecules based on literature reference

3. 参与关键中间体和目标分子合成的研发
   Research and synthetic development of the key intermediates and target molecules

4. 运用仪器设备进行LCMS，HPLC，NMR等的分析检测，并确定化和合物结构
   Structural determination of the synthesized compounds by LCMS, HPLC, and NMR.

5. 用英文完成实验记录本记录工作和撰写实验报告, 并制作PPT形式的工作汇报
   Record notebooks and write formal synthetic report in English, report project progress in the form of ppt presentation

6. 进行英文参考文献及专利的调研查阅
   English language journal article and patent search

岗位要求

Requirements

1. 硕士学历（或相匹配的工作经验），有机化学、药物化学、或应用化学专业
   Master’s degree (or equivalent industrial experience) in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or Applied Chemistry

2. 三年以上有机化学合成的实验室经验
   Minimum of 3 years of laboratory training and hands-on experience in organic synthesis

3. 有责任心，良好的科学沟通能力、和创新精神
   Strong sense of responsibility, good scientific communication skills, and creativity are essential to fulfill the requirements of this job
