工作职责：
1. 负责电子商务网站整体运营，提高品牌影响力和成交量。
2. 负责公司网站、产品促销的设计规划和运营推广指导，制定和实施网络营销推广发展规划，并做统筹控制。
3、策划、推进及组织协调公司运营活动，针对用户和产品特点进行业务规划；
4. 负责行业相关数据的分析、总结，网站营运费用及预算管理、执行。
5.负责日常店铺运营管理工作，包括商品上下架、上新、类目管理、店铺装修、资源位展示等
6．负责平台的用户增长，为目标负责，制定不同渠道的短、中、长期运营规划；

职位需求：
1.本科或以上学历，电子商务、营销相关专业优先。
2.5年以上电商、零售行业类目运营相关工作经验；
3.熟悉B2B、B2C以及C2C平台的类目营运模式和电子商务平台，熟悉电商网站运营流程和运营指标数据分析，熟悉各类线上促销手段与模式；
4.有较强的逻辑思维，数据分析能力和文字功底，具有敏锐的市场洞察力及分析能力，掌握行业动态及消费者需求；
5. 很强的创新和执行、领导能力，以结果为导向，有团队合作精
