工作职责:

§ 完成日常客户服务工作，包括直接与客户联系，应对客户的咨询、要求与投诉，并和同事一起确保客户服务的正常交付。

§ 充当一般客户的联络人，向直属上级主管汇报有关客户服务方面的事务

§ 协助上级主管开拓业务，诸如为面谈客户收集必要的信息等

候选人基本要求：

§ 1年以上相关工作经验，曾在媒体、广告或出版行业从事销售或客户服务者更佳

§ 良好中英文书写与表达能力

§ 有接受挑战的积极性与意愿

§ 具有良好的团队合作精神，并具备为客户提供高标准服务的决心

§ 能够同时处理多项任务，并保证执行效率

Responsibilities:

Client Management

§ To perform daily client-facing services, such as direct communications with clients, attending client’s enquires, requests and complaints, as well as working with colleagues to ensure the delivery of quality services.

§ To act as a contact person for general clients, reporting to immediate supervisor(s) about issues in client management.

§ To assist supervisors in business development, e.g. gathering necessary information for client’s meetings and pitching.

Requirements:

§ At least one year’s working experience, preferably gained from sales or account servicing roles in the media, advertising or publishing industry.

§ Good command of Chinese and English, both written and verbally.

§ A proactive fast learner with willingness to take up new challenges.

§ Client-orientation, alongside a strong team spirit and determination to deliver services at high standards.

§ Capability of multi-tasking with high efficiency.
