The cornerstones of Paustian are design, innovation and high standards of quality. We have our own shops in Denmark (Copenhagen and Aarhus), and Norway (Oslo), and our own showroom and sales office in China (Shanghai).
Paustian Shanghai is located in a 300sqm showroom, in a renovated mixed-use warehouse that lies adjacent to Suzhou Creek.
Due to strong growth in the Chinese market, we are looking for an excellent sales person to join our team.
Job Profile:
Based in our showroom in Jing An district, Paustian sales staff are driven by goal setting and results. You like to work with targets and are motivated by reaching them. You:
? are presentable, well organised and professional
? are an outgoing people person, who enjoys negotiating
? show initiative and are able to work independently
? have a passion for design and our product range
Qualifications required:
? Several years proven track record in office furniture sales is a must.
? Native Mandarin and good English
Responsibilities:
? Reach sales targets by selling Paustian furniture to local and foreign companies moving or opening new offices
? Canvass major companies in Shanghai mainly, but also within the rest of China, to get a chance to bid for their office move
? Maintain close relationships with architects and interior designers to encourage them to recommend Paustian
? Compile sales offers through dialogue with local client, local team and Paustian's head office in Copenhagen, Denmark
? Keep abreast of developments in furniture and real estate industry by attending networking events and reading relevant publications
