职能描述：
? 与其他设计专业以及公司其它办公室设计人员合作
? 与高级景观建筑师以及规划团队负责人紧密协作以实现团队工作目标
? 参加、参与团队兼具创造性和协作性的设计过程，并最终实现项目的设计意图并提升设计产品的品质
? 了解当前全球范围的设计趋势和问题。
? 为初级设计同仁提供指导，以促进其发展
? 参与和监督设计理念和方向的发展，以确保实施后续的生产和施工阶段。
? 按需开发现代设计理念，图形以及汇报用材料
? 提供技术设计支持
? 赴项目现场出差并按需参加客户会议

Responsibilities
? Collaborate with other design disciplines within the Shanghai office as well as other B+H offices globally.
? Communicate closely with the senior landscape architects and planning leadership to implement the team vision while working independently on a day-to-day basis.
? Participate and engage the team in elevating the creativity and collaborative aspects of the design process and final design and presentation qualities of projects.
? Keep current in globally design trends and issues.
? Provide mentoring to promote succession for the junior team members
? Participate and oversee the development of design concept direction through implementation into subsequent production and construction stages.
? Develop modern design concepts, graphic and presentation materials as required.
? Provide technical design support as needed.
? Regional traveling to project sites and client meetings as required.

? 熟练操作图形处理软件，包括Photoshop和Illustrator.

Skills and knowledge:
? Strong conceptual design knowledge, with strong graphic communication skills including development of hand sketches.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills.
? Strong and positive leadership and interpersonal qualities.
? Proficiency in presentation graphics software, including Photoshop, and Illustrator.
? Proficiency in 3-D modeling programs such as Sketch Up and 3D Max.
? Proficiency in drafting using AutoCAD.
? Working knowledge of local construction industry and plant materials.

资质要求:
? 大学景观建筑专业本科毕业，硕士文凭优先.
? 5-8年的专业领域经验，包括国际设计项目管理经验
? 具备有效沟通的能力，能与来自世界各地不同种族团队成员沟通的能力
? 具备城市设计和景观建筑的设计天赋
? 具备独立工作以及在强压下工作的能力
? 良好的中文与英语的书写及口语交流能力

The successful candidate:
? Relevant University degree in Landscape Architecture. Graduate degree preferred.
? 5-8 years experience in the professional field including project management experience with an international design practice
? Proven ability to communicate effectively with a geographically and ethnically diverse team
? Evidence of a genuine passion for urban design and landscape architecture
? Have the ability to work independently and under pressure
? Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
