岗位要求：

1. 管理和开发客户的招聘项目；

       2. 与客户保持良好关系，了解市场动态，寻找和挖掘业务信息，进行业务拓展，及时准确地向客户提供解决方案；

3. 根据客户要求寻找候选人，并对候选人进行评估；

4. 跟进候选人从面试到薪资谈判、背景调查、入职及入职跟踪等服务;

       5. 在招聘领域为客户提供专业性的意见，为候选人提供职业发展的意见和指导。

6. 开拓新客户，并进行合同谈判。

任职资格：

1. 3-5年以上猎头经验或相关行业工作经验；

2. 较强的上进心与抗压能力，积极面对挑战和困难；

3. 优秀的沟通以及协调能力；

4. 高度的责任心,对猎头行业有高度的热忱。
