Main Role:

Facilitate and support whole sale operations and analysis in terms of inventory management and product planning for Region.

1. Support region seasonal buying, balance SKU width & depth to max sales both for WHS and EC.

2. Ensure data integrity through accurate inventory data management.

3. Develop local customers and maintain oversea WHS business.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

·Communicate with supervisor to make full preparation for seasonal buying including: buying schedule, sales forecast, pre-season planning, Order consolidation & review and etc., in order to complete buying and merchandise strategy.

·Work closely with WHS team, QC, Logistics, VM and MD, collaborate with them in managing inventory efficiency for WHS and EC

·Interpret and analyze sales & orders information to maximize sales, profits, feedback recommendation to marketing supervisor

·Perform ad-hoc projects and provide support to other divisions when required ( i.e. promotion plan, VM plan, special offer and counter adjustment)

Required Experience & Skills:

·Education: University Degree level; Statistics/International trade and commerce or related discipline preferred

·Excellent in both oral and written English.

·At least 1 year experiences in retail operations supply chain management or related field

·Excellent Team-player

·Fast learner

·Strong drive & motivation to succeed

·Details and result oriented

·Good at Microsoft excel & power point is a must

·Accountability/Communications/Professionalism/Team Player /Customer Focus
