Main responsibilities:

- Responsible for SOURCING potential suppliers under the leadership of Sourcing Manager;

- Negotiate the trade terms with each supplier for each order; ensure the purchasing in China is competitive in all respects.

- Well understanding of product/client's requirement, get CLEAR and DIRECT result in a efficient way to feedback client;

- Follow up orders confirmed, coordinate with designer for artworks and keep good relationship with suppliers.

- Responsible for sample development and sourcing; reduce production cost for our company; ensure the orders delivery timely in each quarter.

- Coordinate with logisitic company and supplier to ensure on time shipment;

- Cooperate with all related department / offices / people to ensure smooth purchasing;

- Others assignments appointed by the manager

Requirements:

- Female ONLY, age between 24 to 27.

- Background in Administration, trading and / or management;

- Diploma or a Certificate with a minimum of 3 years of education, overseas educational/ working experience will be an advantage;

- At least 3 years worked in purchasing area, if experiences in promotional products will be an advantage

- Knowledge in overseas transportations and logistics;

- Mature and Dynamic personality, showing Professionalism, Respect and Motivation for hard work

- Interest in a challenging and performance-rewarded environment

- Presentation skills and strong English language skills, French will be an advantage

- Excellent communication/negotiation skills and teamwork skills

- Extensive knowledge and complete understanding of all trading procedures
