We are a rapidly growing US company focused on the supply of medical and health care related products to the US market. Our incredible growth has put our company on the prestigious “Inc 5000” list of the fastest growing private companies in the US for each of the past 4 years.

We are currently seeking a few key people to join our growing China team, with the following qualifications:

Title: Sourcing Manager

Location: Shanghai

· Education – Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering

· Experience - will ideally have more than 5 years experience sourcing a wide range of products including those made from textiles, injection mold plastics, glass, wood and foam etc. Medical or health care related products sourcing would be a big advantage. Should be able to demonstrate sufficient knowledge of the sourcing process, and have an existing network of high quality products factories.

· Project management – able to aggressively control sample development and production timelines with the factories.

· Supplier relationships - have the ability to tactfully develop and manage relationships with suppliers, while pushing to adhere to strict timelines.

· Negotiating - able to aggressively negotiate pricing based on market knowledge.

· Organization – able to deal with a large number of projects simultaneously. Should be able to work and solve problem proactively and independently.

· Quality control - Ability to read engineering drawings, basic quality control knowledge, ISO and product inspection experience would all be assets.

· Work ethic – should be a hard worker, willing to take on new challenges.

· Integrity – All employees are expected to uphold a strong code of ethics and conduct.

· Languages – fluent in both English and Chinese

· Travel - Ability to travel as needed (up to 50%)

· Compensation – competitive with market levels, and based upon experience. Salary increases are performance based.

· Reports to Vice President – Global Sourcing.
