Position: Admin Assistant – China 行政助理-中国

Location - Shanghai

Main Responsibilities:

- To provide courteous reception to all incoming calls and visitors

- To ensure the daily office consumption of stationery, drinking water and etc.

- To handle the hotel and flight booking; Prepare documents of travelling to foreign countries as well as invitation to foreigner

- To assist the expense budget control

- To assist monthly book keeping

- To monitor the cleanliness of office

- Back up of logistic assistant

- Other admin work as assigned

Requirements:

- College degree in relevant majors

- Good written and oral English

- Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office

- Hardworking and willing to learn, able to handle challenges

- Good team work spirit , open-minded, friendly attitude, sense of responsibility

- At least 2 years working experience
