具体为财务报表的编制，协助维持现金控制，采购，维护应付帐款和管理办公业务并向总经理汇报.
主要职责：

? 监督应付和应收账款系统以确保所有款项是否完整和准确记录
? 核对OpenERP系统中的数据正确性
? 负责办公室管理
教育背景和工作经历
? 学士或工商管理硕士学位
? 会计学位或专业是优先考虑
? 2年或以上办公室管理经验
语言
中文和流利英文
技术技能
? 中国会计和簿记技能
? 计算机技能，包括会计电算化，电子表格和文字处理程序运行,需高度熟练的水平
? 有ERP 系统操作经验优先考虑

Position for Administrative Assistant (2011/11/16)
Elico Corp is Official Ready Partner for OpenERP in China and offers OpenERP related
services to Western and Chinese companies in Shanghai area (www.openerp.net.cn).
The Administrative assistant is responsible for maintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and
personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support the activity of the company.
The position reports to the General Manager and is responsible for assisting , with preparation of financial
statements, maintaining cash controls, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable and managing office
operations.
Main responsibilities:
– Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the company finances are
maintained in an accurate and timely manner
– Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and
accurate records of all moneys
– Correct data accuracy in ERP systems
– Responsible for the office management
Education and Experience
? Bachelor or Masters degree in business administration
? Accounting degree or specialization is a plus.
? 2-year experience in office administration
Languages
? Fluency in Chinese and English
Technical skills
? Chinese accounting and bookkeeping skill
? Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and wordprocessing
programs at a highly proficient level
? Experience in using ERP systems is appreciated.
Human skills
? Supervisory skills
? Proactive and goal driven attitude
? Good communication skills
