? As a Senior 3D Art Director/Designer you will be involved in all stages of the creative process in order to ensure that effective creative ideas and solutions are developed.
熟悉创意流程，能够有效率的提案，并随时寻找解决方法。
? Must be a highly self-motivated individual who is looking for challenges and the reward of developing creative ideas for our clients.
具备强烈的责任感，可以独立作业，在工作中注重细节
? Must have good levels of communication, presentation skills and day-to-day job management skills.
善于主动沟通，熟练的提案技巧，熟悉日常工作管理
? Must be able to work well as part of a team, individually, supervise and brief third party resources effectively.
能够独立作业，也能团队作业，并能与第三方共同合作
? Manage personal workload effectively to ensure an efficient turn around of creative work within agreed brief deadlines.
擅长时间管理，保证工作效率并在指定时间内完成工作。
