工作职责：

1、全面负责公司产品在全国的经营管理工作；

2、具备专业的营销策划与品牌运营的能力并实施；

3、参与制定并执行公司的销售策略、合理分解销售指标，最大限度提升销售业绩，并加强人员培养；

4、具备优秀的商业头脑及市场敏感度、判断力,打造并带领团队高效执行、落实各项销售目标与计划；

5、完善销售制度，规范销售流程，科学管理队伍；

6、销售数据的统计和分析，市场情况的收集、分析及报告，定期进行市场预测及情报分析，为公司决策提供依据；

7、负责公司在全国范围的品牌推广及相关社会事务处理。

8、管理销售团队，建立销售激励措施，规划销售人员职业发展，以及市场动向的传达；

任职要求：

1、年龄25～35岁，大专以上学历，健身器行业3-5年以上销售、管理经验；

2、实战派，有创新，有韧性，有毅力，好挑战自我，爱打拼。

3、具备良好的分析能力、出色的商务谈判技巧、礼仪知识和商务沟通表达与应变能力，能独立、有效地完成工作。
