Job Description - Duties & Responsibilities

This position will be responsible to build, maintain & improve our data in Commodity and Energy in China,
-To be responsible for C&E data sourcing
-To ensure that relevant information is maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner
-To assist in projects with emphasis on data content
-To provide high-level, timely query support of C&E (internal and external)
-To liaise directly with other teams on regular basis to ensure constant development and information flow in the team
-To bring client feedback into product development to continue to enhance the data content

The position will base in Shanghai
Responsibilities
-Collect and maintain C&E relevant information in a timely and efficient manner
-Contact contributors and/or other sources to assure the reliability of information
-Act as a secondary source of knowledge on own data, communicating with other in the resolution of queries on C&E and historical data as needed
-Take responsibility for data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness
-Work effectively within team or by yourself, proactively identifying and resolving problems
-Assist where required in data projects and testing
-Backup each other to make a seamless work.
-Team working

Qualifications

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience

-Prefer to have a deep understand of Commodity and Energy
-Analytical approach to work and great attention to detail
-Knowledge of financial market like Bond, Foreign Exchange(optional)
-Strong customer relationship building and service skills
-Other: Presentation skills (verbal & written)
-Proficient English, Mandarin


Educational Requirements
-Bachelor in Finance or related
Technical and/or Functional skills
-Robust Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
Other skills and abilities
-Results driven
-Strong networking and relationship building capabilities
-Focusing on Customers
-Strong ability to learn product offering and market
