Position Summary

Our Intellectual Property Brands & Creations Practice Group is seeking to hire an experienced Legal Consultant to join our Shanghai Office.

Candidates must have a Bachelors of Law and experience working in a legal environment. Qualified candidates will have two to five years of experience in intellectual property, including patents and trademark. This position is responsible for providing legal research, writing, discovery and other substantive support for attorneys. Ideal candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Advanced degree a plus.
