Job responsibilities: including but not limited to:

· Process capability analysis, continuous process improvement and optimization, such as WIP reduction, production yield improvement

· Measurement C/T of each station, and work-out manufacture system for operation

· Organize Plant Layout for improvement operation system

· Estimate Equipment cost, and Control tooling cost

· Establish & execute maintenance working procedure and daily/weekly/monthly maintenance plan; Ensure all equipment smooth running and contribute to increase production output

· Localize qualification and development of supplier

· Technical reviews for equipment design with tooling suppliers

· Spare parts management, safety quantity setting up and pre-order the spare parts according the daily usage, ensure production line running well

· Communicate with equipment supplier and provide supplier program expertise, give support, technical review and provide tool delivery plans

· Online operator & technician training for new assembly process /line

· Be responsible for process documentation preparation and review, such as build report, process flowchart, process map, PFMEA, work instruction etc.

· Be responsible for machine downtime analysis and optimize equipment to reduce downtime

· Participate in teamwork and work on special projects as required

· Strive for Lean Organization and Continuous Improvement.


Job requirements:

· University degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or Automation relative major

· Familiar with AutoCAD & 3D software, PLC and automatic lines

· Ability to troubleshoot electrical problem

· Ability to solve process problem by oneself

· Basic knowledge in TS 16949

· Good skills of communication and conflict handling

· 5+ years work experience as a ME or relate position

· Good English skills in writing and oral
