Job responsibilities: including but not limited to:
- Maintains system of quality that fulfills ISO-TS16949 quality requirements
- Develops and coordinates plan of control and documentation required for the approval of production parts
- Develops methods for inspection, testing, sampling of components and products
- Implements and coordinates activities of prevention, control, inspection, disposition, correction of nonconformities for components
- Maintains most recent set of drawings, specifications, control plans, process flow diagrams, component PPAP documentation, and product PPAP documentation
- Evaluates production capabilities and recommends improvements
- Works with customers and suppliers to ensure quality issues are resolved
- Collaborates with Plant Manager to develop quality assurance policies and procedures
- Develops documentation required for quality approval of production parts
- Monitors quality engineers working on lines and conducts incoming and outgoing inspections

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or above
- Must be fluent in English and Chinese, both oral and written
- At least 5 years working experience in automobile industry, above 2 years in supervising level
