职位要求:
1. 大学本科学历，机械、电控、或化工、国际贸易等相关专业
2. 1-3年销售助理工作经验 （应届毕业生也可）
3. 英语要求较强的听说读写能力
4. 熟练操作Excel等及其它办公软件

5.熟悉销售流程，具备一定的专业知识，能迅速熟悉公司管理流程；

6.具备基本的商务知识和积极主动认真的工作态度，服务意识强；

7. 乐于从事销售工作，有良好的客户服务意识。

素质要求：

1. 团队合作：愿意与他人合作，主动与其他成员进行交流，分享信息，知识，资源，帮助团队成员解决所遇到的问题，。

2. 沟通能力：能够把握别人态度，与客户保持沟通，主动跟踪、了解客户的问题，要求等，按照相应规定或规范，友好地为客户提供服务；

3. 分析与解决问题：面对非常棘手的问题，恰当地运用已有的概念，方法，技术，分析解决方法；

工作职责:
1. 销售部门业绩统计，经费使用记录管理；
2. 销售订单处理，固定资产管理；
3. 销售部门行政文书等辅助工作处理；
4. 销售部门工作支持与协调事务；

5.做好客户资料的管理，包括数据的手机整理分析，相应产品的电回，及信息反馈工作，以便信息交流与合作；

6.负责售后的催款工作.
