项目描述：

五星级品牌酒店项目，地点：哈尔滨。由我司进行全过程和全范围的项目管理，按照国际酒店管理公司的标准进行设计和项目管理。

职位：项目协调（设计协调 & 文档控制）

职位描述：作为项目管理公司的项目协调派驻现场，向项目经理汇报工作,为整个项目团队服务：

? 驻项目现场，作为设计资料收集及沟通窗口

? 协调设计顾问按时完成相关设计成果

? 负责项目人员和项目访问人员的后勤保障；

? 日常文件的翻译工作；

? 进行各种由项目公司主持的会议的记录，出中英文会议纪要；

? 建立文档管理体系

? 项目文档的接收、记录、归档和分发，及最终竣工文件的归档，移交业主和相关单位

职位要求：

? 大专以上学历, 设计或工程类优先考虑

? 具有2年以上的工作经验

? 流利的中英文

? 熟悉Word, Excel, Power Point, Projects, Auto CAD等软件

? 工作地点在哈尔滨或其他项目所在工地

Project Description:

The 5 star hotel project is managed by us, a PMC company, project location is Harbin city. We provide full scope project management service. All the project work will fully comply with international hotel operator’s standard, guide line and requirements.

Job Title: Project Coordinator (design coordination & document control)

Job Role:

? Base on site as contact point for all design documents collection;

? Coordinate with design consultants for design outputs;

? Provide daily support to project team and visitors;

? Provide translation for the technical documents;

? Attend the project meeting chaired by PCM company and provide bilingual meeting minutes;

? Set up a robust document control system;

? Document control and as-built documents consolidation and handover.

Requirements:

n Diploma degree or above, major in design or engineering is preferred,

n At least 2 years experience

n Fluent in English and Chinese

n Familiar with Word, Excel, Power Point, Projects, Auto CAD, etc

n Willing to work in Harbin or other project locations
