岗位职责：
1.负责蛋白质纯化和鉴定的工艺方案制定和实施，参与细胞株构建/筛选；
2.参与研发设备,试剂和耗材的预算和购置，保证研发工作的顺利进行；
3.负责设备的维护和安全操作；
4.对原始数据进行初步分析，按时、按质和按量完成研发报告的书写；
5.及时辨别研发中出现的问题，及时向主管报告，商讨解决问题的方法和提出建议，保证研发工作的顺利进行；
6.随时跟踪和更新细胞培养/蛋白质纯化和鉴定工艺相关知识和技能；
7.熟悉并能提供生物药物申报所需资料和报告；
8.完成公司分配的其它任务。

岗位要求：
1.熟悉生物化学,分子生物学等相关专业的理论和技能。
2.一年以上实际工作经验，在蛋白质领域和分子生物学有较深的专业知识；熟悉蛋白质生物活性测试和质量分析的各种方法。
3.具有强烈的工作责任心, 工作积极主动，具有良好的沟通技能，和良好的团队协作意识。
4.有新药研发经验者优先。

Responsibility：
1.Design and implementation of protein purification and characterization; Participation in cell line generation;
2.Assistance in laboratory equipment, reagent and supply purchasing toensureR&D work;
3.In charge of maintenance and safety operation of equipment;
4.Initial analysis of raw data; preparation of experiment report with good quality in time;
5. In a timely manner, identification of problems occurred in the process of R&D, report to immediate supervisor, provide suggestion for resolving the problem/issue in order to move the project forward;
6.Update own knowledge and technique skills in cell culture and protein purification;
7.Familiar with and provide documentation and reports for biologics application;
8.Accomplishment of other assigned tasks related to R&D.

Requirements：
1.Knowledge and skill in biochemistry, molecular biology or related Life Science field.
2.With at least 1 year of working experience, In-depth knowledge and experience in protein science and molecular biology; Familiar with protein functional analysis, including bioactivity assay.
3.Highly self motivated, with strong responsibility,leadership, good communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a team.
4.With working experience in drug R&D preferred.
