工作职责：

1. 参与重要项目的创意构思、文案及客户提案, 给予前期提案、设计创意说明等；

2. 在创意总监指导下，执行并监督所负责项目的创意构思和文案；

3. 协调创意部与其它部门之间的工作协作关系，优化配合机制；

4. 协助客户部门进行创意提案，保证工作的顺利推进；

5. 带领创意团队提升创意能力。

Competency

1. Participate in creative ideas, copywriting and client proposals for important projects, give preliminary proposals and description of design ideas, etc.

2. Implement and supervise the creative ideas and copywriting of the project under the direction of the creative director

3. Coordinate the cooperation relationship between the creative department and other departments, and optimize the coordination mechanism

4. Assist the account team in making creative proposals to ensure the smooth progress of the work

5. Lead creative team to improve creative ability.

任职要求：

1. 熟悉广告行业，四年以上创意工作经验，有整合思维和Digital公司经验者优先；

2. 熟悉专业创意方法，思维敏捷，洞察力强，文字功底扎实，语言表达能力强；

3. 理解与创新力强，有观点、善分析、表达力强，善于沟通；

4. 手快，活好，头脑转得动，资深网虫+创造思维，有情趣更佳；

5. 广告、汉语言文学、新闻传播等相关专业本科以上学历；

6. 有服务奢侈品、洋酒等行业经验者优先

Requirements

1. Familiar with the advertising industry, more than four-years creative work experience, people with integrated thinking and Digital experience are preferred

2. Familiar with professional creative methods, quick thinking, strong insight, solid writing skills, strong language skills

3. Have strong ability to understand and innovate, have their own views, good at analysis, strong expression skills, good at communication

4. Ability to complete work quickly and with high quality, with a flexible mind, senior net potato & creative thinking, good taste is better

5. Bachelor degree or above in advertising, Chinese language and literature, journalistic communication, etc.

6. Those who have experience in the service of luxury goods, wine and other industries are preferred.
