Assist General Manager with overall office operating, such like administration, finance, HR and so on

Having accounting knowledge is an asset. Ability to handle banking, cash, tax, monthly financial report independently. Be responsible for account payable and account receivable.

Ability to go through HR procedure according to Chinese Law

Ability to work with local and foreign colleagues

Assist project manager with information collection, project execution and so on

Ability to work under pressure

Fluent in Mandarin and English

Good interpersonal skills, proactive, responsible, patient and careful with excellent attitude
