职位描述
· Processing purchase order with AUS company and check the goods stock/ETD/BBD with exporter
· Coordinate with local customs broker in goods import and prepare declaration docs in advance (COO/COA/Label etc.)
· Searching 3PL and 3PL supplier management(KPI/Cost control）
· 3PL service and warehouse cost management, Confirm monthly payment.
· Inventory management and make monthly inventory report.
· Arrange domestic shipment.
· Familiar with Oracle system.
· Familiar with the requirement on customs and CIQ
· Partner with the other teams on all aspects of the business
· Responsible for import and export processes
· Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
· Bachelor degree or above;
· Public relation management, administration, English related major is preferred;
· Experience in importing and exporting of goods, especially around food, alcohol and beverages
· Good competence to communicate, express and execute;
· Work actively and takes initiative, work efficiently under pressure and maintain team spirit;
· Fluent in Chinese & English communication skills;
