This is a role for a Digital Marketing Coordinator, responsible for the coordination of the China team’s social media and online requirements under the direction of the Marketing Manager. Primarily supporting our teams across Shanghai, Chengdu and Shenzhen, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will also work with our teams in Australia through assistance in the translation of marketing documents and online communications.

We are seeking a candidate that is an excellent communicator, with a focus on online communications; a ‘self-starter’ who can work independently and show initiative. The candidate will need to have on the ground experience and ideally have worked within the development industry.

The successful candidate will manage the role in a professional and efficient manner, reflecting and enhancing the company’s reputation. The role will include duties such as:

？ Manage social media channels and messaging

？ Coordinate website updates

？ Review website analytics

？ Assist in the development of SEO

？ Assist with marketing collateral development

？ Event assistance

Essential Experience:

？ Min. 2 years’ experience in an online communications role

？ High level written and verbal communication skills

？ Social media management experience

？ The ability to work under pressure

？ The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

？ Good organisational and time management skills

？ The ability to proactively seek out and develop/create great online content

？ The ability to create content that can be easily adapted to work across multiple social media platforms

？ To have a sound understanding of social media networks such as WeChat, Sina Weibo, Instagram, Pinterest, Youku and Linkedin

？ Display demonstrated experience in online audience growth and engagement

？ The ability to work autonomously and within a team

？ Able to manage and prioritise deadlines

？ A highly motivated worker

？ Have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook

？ Have a sound knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop

？ Bilingual

Desirable Experience:

？ Experience in the development industry

？ Event management experience
