POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Customer Service Specialist will greet and direct members, guests and staff as they enter the gym and provide control of the front door location. This position will provide assistance to members' requests along with inquiries about gym operations and policies as well as perform various administrative duties as directed by the Gym General Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

？？ Enthusiastically greets each members and guests promptly using the proper greeting for time of day to create a friendly positive entrance and departure to and from the gym.

？？ Provides security and control to the front door, by personally checking each member into the gym using the proper check-in procedures, while verifying valid memberships.

？？ Register new guests into the gym using proper registration procedures.

？？ Answer incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner and takes messages as needed.

？？ Process retail and concession sales.

？？ Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.

？？ Performs other reasonable work assignments as directed by the Gym General Manager.

主要职责

?? 热情友好地迎接每一位会员和访客，为每天进出拳击馆的会员营造一个友好和积极的环境

?? 提供保障措施和掌控前台区域以及零售区，确保并检查每位成员在有效的会籍期间内按照正确的登记程序进出并训练

?? 按照正确的登记程序为新会员登记

?? 专业并及时接听回复电话和问询，或者记录相关信息并传达给相关人员

?? 处理并跟进零售区域

?? 迅速及时回复会员提出的问询，要求和建议

?? 直接协助总经理完成其他相关工作

REQUIREMENTS:

？？ Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task

？？ Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members

？？ Possess a very friendly, outgoing personality and positive attitude.

？？ Understanding of basic accounting and cash processing procedures

？？ Showcase proficiency with computers

？？ Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include holidays and weekends.
