Responsibilities:
- Know the ins and outs of Golden Gloves Gym/WeBox and how we operate
- Deliver programmed workouts addressing strength, endurance, speed, agility, etc. to groups of up to 30 clients
- Understand the fundamentals of functional fitness and proper boxing technique
- Energize and motivate clients throughout the sessions
- Ensure safety of participants and modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels
工作职责：
- 了解Golden Gloves Gym / WeBox的来龙去脉以及运营方法
- 提供针对力量，耐力，速度，灵活性等进行训练，团课最多可容纳30名会员
- 了解功能性训练和适当的拳击基础技术
- 在整个训练期间鼓励会员坚持完成所有课程
- 确保训练参与者的安全并及时修改具体内容以保证课程适应各种水平的会员
Qualifications:
- Practical experience in boxing is mandatory; background in weight loss and overall fitness is a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique and body mechanics
- 6 months of group fitness instructor experience
- Knowledge in techniques and dynamics of group fitness
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
- Must be AED/CPR certified
- Standout applicants will be certified in NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or NSCA
资格：
- 拳击实践经验一定要具备; 减脂减重和综合性健身经历是加分项
- 掌握生理学，运动技术和身体力学的中级知识
- 6个月的团体健身教练经验
- 团课健身技术和知识
- 积极的，激励性的和有效的人际沟通技巧
- 训练不同水平的会员的愿望和能力
- 必须通过AED / CPR认证
- 如果有NASM，ACE，ISSA，ACSM或NSCA认证可以优先考虑
