岗位职责:

? Professionalism and positive attitude.
? Carry out various nursing interventions, assigned treatment and diagnosis to patients with the supervision of a senior nursing staff and/or head nurse as needed.
? Independently provide care for NICU level 2 or level 1 neonates (refer to SHU NICU admission and discharge criteria)
? Monitors and records symptoms and progress of patients on EMR
? Educate parents CPR, bathing, feeding, and other care as needed at home upon the newborn discharging.
? Ensure neonates caring quality, safety with infection control standards.
? Critical thinking and quick response to any emergency situation
? Escort patients to go to local hospital for special exam as needed.
? Responsible for NICU consumable supplement and inventory count
? Responsible for NICU equipment maintenance and cleaning
? Attend scheduled training and continuing education sessions.
? Update professional knowledge to meet hospital requirement

任职资格:

? Certificate or Licensing Needed - Registered Nurse in China
? Minimum Education Requirement - Polytechnic nursing school graduate, associate nursing degree or above preferred
? Minimum Experience Requirement - 2~5 years clinical nursing experience; efficient nursing experience in NICU nursing
? NICU specialty training certification preferred
? BLS, NRP, PALS certification according to policy.
