Our North America Division works with a selected group of University and High School partners catering specifically to the needs of the international student market. China is considered a key market for these programs.



Description of the position:


Reporting to the North America Recruitment Manager based in our China Office and liaising closely with the Regional Managers based in China, you will promote our programs in the United States and Canada.



In order to do this, you will be tasked to:



· Develop and manage our agent network promoting North America programs

· Provide training and customer service support to our agent network

· Meet with potential students and their parents and offer advice and guidance of appropriate study programs in North America

· Ensure maximum awareness of competitor organizations in local markets

· Liaise with Partner schools and Head office on service issues

· Manage, train and support staff and colleagues on North America programs.



Required qualities and skills expected of the applicant:



· At least 2 years of sales and marketing experience and a demonstrated record of success in sales.

· A strong understanding of International Education, Knowledge on North American education and China education will be better.

· Excellent presentation and communications skills

· A solid understanding of computer operations, internet and Microsoft Office software

· Fluency in Mandarin and English

· Strong organisational and administrative abilities.


Desirable attributes


· An undergraduate or postgraduate education in North America

· Work experience from within the International Education industry
