职位描述
岗位职责
1、回答客户咨询；
2、引导客户在网店进行下单成交，达成公司销售目标；
3、帮助客户进行订单查询，及时跟踪，反馈，如物流查询，发货状态等；
4、及时收集并解决客户反映及投诉的问题，提供良好的服务态度；
5、完成上级交代的其他事宜。
任职资格
1、熟悉网购流程，熟悉淘宝天猫规则，有过天猫/淘宝客服工作优先，打字速度100字/分钟，熟悉OFFICE等电脑办公软件，学习能力强，良好的沟通及团队配合能力；
2、有耐心，不急躁，人品端正，良好的服务意识，积极主动有上进心，责任心强，能够长期稳定工作。
3、初中以上学历，无工作经验如能力强均可考虑，

US Office is located in Los Angeles with over 30 staff. Our facility and a spacious warehouse provide drop-ship and truck-load orders, container-load orders will be shipped directly from our factory.
Hipce' Shanghai office located heart of the city's business center. Not far from the office is our 333,000 square feet factory. Here we produce our goods: CD/DVD storage, premium PVC stationary, filing storage device and home decor just to name a few. All products are designed in-house with the perfect balance between function and aesthetic, strive to meet Hipce's high standard.
Begin as an exporter for storage devices, through the years of success the collection greatly expand. Our dedication for new products result a hundred of items for you to choose from.
