Job functions:

1. 日常的物流部进出口的工作 Deal with daily logistics I&E operations

2. 非保加工手册及维修手册海关系统的应用 Non-bonded e-handbook and repair handbook system operation

3. 日常与报关公司,货代及船运的联系 Contact Customs Broker,Forwarder,Shipping

4. 负责成品/料件卡口的进出 Be responsible for the finished goods and parts' entry and exit of the gate of free trade zone

5. 负责免表的申请及保税物料的管理 Be responsible for duty-free equipment/tools application and management of duty-free items

6. 海关及商检事务 Customs and CIQ affairs

7.上级领导安排的其他事宜 Other tasks that are assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

1. 大专及以上学历

  2. 5年以上外高桥保税区关务方面的经验

  3. 熟悉口岸及外高桥进出口清关流程

  4. 熟悉货代公司的订舱等业务流程

5. 熟悉外高桥海关系统（包括保税仓储，加工等系统）

6. 熟悉免表的办理及免税设备/工具的管理

7. 熟悉掌握Office软件操作
