MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  

• Follow up social and environmental audit (corrective action plan) CAP and provide guidance to suppliers and production units to remediate identified non-compliant issues

• Drive capacity building and training programs for designated production units, which may include onsite visit, researching and identifying appropriate external training partners

• Work closely with Sustainable Supply Chain Manager to develop best practice reference materials, labor law profiles, and relevant internal document

• Work closely with sourcing and merchandising team to leverage their support

• Work as a team to enhance and evolve Sustainable Supply Chain program to drive measurable improvements on the ground and process efficiency and effectiveness

• Report any un-ethical behaviour at all times

            

  

REQUIREMENTS

  

• Good knowledge of health & safety, environmental and labour regulations

• Able to identify root causes for systemic issues, for example, excessive working hour, compensation deficiencies, and hiring practices issues

• Experience in working with labour unions

• Observant and attentive to details

• Good communication skills

• Possess a positive attitude, be willing to share knowledge

• Self-motivated and able to execute plans

• Good report writing skills in English

• Having knowledge and experience in the manufacturing or apparel industry
