职位描述

BASIC FUNCTIONS

A coordination role that focuses on supporting General Sales Manager and Sales Team in attaining the monthly as well as annually sales targets. Be responsible for various sales administrative essential and operating with management, manufacturing and clients to ensure the customer satisfaction. The General Sales Manager will assign the project to work on depending on the priority of business.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

FUNCTION (A) – ADMINSTRATIONS SUPPORT

1. Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of diversified activities in entire selling process.

2. Supporting the entire sales team in attaining sales targets.

3. Assist to sales team to prepare RFP/proposals/product solutions and presentations to meet General Manager and Business Development Manager’s expectation and support our products development strategy.

4. Assist mock up process for assigned projects by General Manager. Mock up preparation for any communications and coordination with relevant parties such as B&D, Customer Services, PM or any suppliers to ensure it meets Business Development Manager’s expectation.

5. Pre-check the product specifications and layout/typical drawing before order entry included mock up/new/additional order into system for assigned projects.

6. Proper coordination/communication/follow up/arrangement with suppliers (if any) to ensure at the right track.

7. Follow up with customer acknowledgement or sign off included PO/Contract.

8. Internal coordination/communication/follow up/arrangement with B&D, Customer Services or PM for any defects or issues happened during/after site installation.

9. Support and provide proper coaching to new members training.

FUNCTION (B) – SALES SUPPORT

  1. Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers while opening up fresh customers.

2. Supporting Sales Consultants for status of order and position of sales.

3. Prepare and put information about potential clients and projects in appropriate internal systems.

4. Assist for showroom or factory tour/mock up visit/client site visit/client presentation for assigned projects.

5. Attend for regular site meetings (if any) if need.

6. Maintaining the catalogues library for A&D firm (if any).

7. Attend sales call or meeting with Sales Consultant if need.

8. Visit of A&D freely if need.

RELATIONSHIPS

1. Internal Customers: Frequent contact with Sales Consultant, B&D Team, Customer Services and PM members on project status and improving internal operations processes;

2. External Customers: Maintain certain of contact with end users, facility managers, designers, architects, project management, and end-users for assigned projects. Necessary contact with 3rd party supplier to enhance and improve the process.

REQUIREMENTS

1. University or colleague degree;

2. A minimum of 1-2 years sales, sales support and/or marketing experience;

3. Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask.

4. Experience in Construction / Design / Decoration /Manufacturing industry will be preferred and added advantage;

5. Related Experience in complex sales cycle with B-to B selling process

6. Ability to meet deadlines and pays attention to detail.

7. Good liaison with all other department members.

8. Flexible to work in non business hours.

9. Be self-motivated, customer-service & result oriented;

10. Good command of English, both in spoken and written. Knowledge of Mandarin will have advantage.
