ROLE SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for all tax affairs related to Dematic China. Its major role is to

ensure all tax statements are properly prepared and submitted, and tax paid timely.

In addition to the day-to-day handling of VAT invoices, this position is also expected to provide support to the Finance Manager in tax planning, cash flow forecasting and addressing the tax

implications of operational transactions.

Job Responsibilities:
1.Routine invoice handling.

2. Ensure timely and accurate tax filing to comply with local regulations exclude IIT.
3. Be involved in all tax related audits and follow up on actions.
4. Assistance for carrying out risk assessment on taxes with financial manager
5. Tax planning and implementation of related tools for entities in Dematic China.
6. Apply for tax holiday and tax incentive for Dematic China.
7. Providing day-to-day tax advisory.
8. Liaise with tax authorities and keep sectors abreast with all changes in tax regulations.
9. Assists business analysis, tax compliance review, tax projects review and etc.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting/Finance and Tax knowledge a plus
2. 3 years working experience in whole Tax in multinational manufacturing companies or Big 4

3. Good spoken and written English

4. Good skill of office software and ERP, such as word, excel, outlook, etc. Experience with Infor Syteline 8.0 is a plus.
4. Good communication skill and being proactive.
5. Good team player, problem solver and sense of responsibilities.
