岗位职责：

一．采购相关：

1.JVSoft管理系统出来后跟进。

2.JVSoft入库操作。收到零件后确认来料，无误再更新JV状态。

3.根据模号把热处理证明、材质证明，盘起采购零件清单存档备用。

4.收货单、发票全部做好资料给采购签收。

5.根据JV的BOM追踪采购零件进度，对接客户公司整个付款体系。确保新模和修模不会因为采购导致延期。

二．派车（行政）

1.走JV管理系统流程，费用做到模号里。

2.填写派车单，联系司机。

3.月底给司机对账，和安威士对接付款事宜。

4.维护派车系统，保证我们的用车满足客户的时间需求。

三．供应商联系和维护

1.烧焊，填写单据，做到JV。打电话叫供应商，跟进烧焊进度。跟进月结付款事宜。

2.热处理，填写单据，做到JV。打电话叫供应商，跟进烧焊进度。跟进月结付款事宜。

3.快丝、铣床、镜面抛光等供应商，做到JV。联系供应商，跟进送货、取货、叫车，跟进度，收货。跟进付款事宜。这些供应商会碰到现金这种情况。

五．其他文职工作。

六. 学习和培养

1.学习CAD/UG，帮组设计出图，帮组钳工查数，帮组设计/QC做测量资料，模具出厂前协助设计/QC核对数据。

2.处理一些简单的项目上跟进的事情。

3.整理和核对现场新模、修模的进度是否如期运作。

1.电脑办公软件操作熟练；

2.思路清晰，工作主动积极，责任心强；

3.下本职位属下属模具公司招聘职位，适应周工作6天制等！
