岗位职责：

1、能迅速准确地制作报价和投标文件，审核标书；协助销售审阅商务条款；进行技术澄清。

Can make the quotation and bid documents quickly and accurately, check bid documents; assist sales to review and check business terms, and do technical clarification.

2、定期整理、更新、分析报价信息。

Organize, update and analyze quotation information regularly.

3、订单管理，合同的执行及跟进。

Order Management, contract execution and follow up.

4、与供应商联络，进行技术澄清、图纸确认、交货进展等工作。

Contact with suppliers for technical clarification and drawings confirmation, delivery progress etc.

5、资料的整理和归档，为销售和售后提供支持。

Documents collection and archiving, provide support to sales and after-sales team.

6、 负责合同后项目执行、沟通和交付。

Be responsibility for monitoring and communicating all assigned project deliverables.

7、确保及时和召开项目启动会议（内部的以及和客户间的），保证项目移交的文件完整地传递给相关人员。

Hold internal and external KOM meetings timely and handover requirement/document completely and distribute to relevant persons.

8、 保持好内部沟通，确保设计/采购和生产部的工作传递和进度，控制好项目节点。 Good internal communication, ensure job handover among Engineering, Procurement and Production team smoothly and get good control of important milestone.

9、 管理项目上的财务问题，开具保函、发票、付款和收款预测等，降低风险，维护客户关系。

Management of project finances, like bank guarantee, invoice, payment and collection forecasts, minimize risk to financial penalty and maintain customer relationship.

10、 执行后成本分析，不断改进。

Conduct Cost and profit analysis after project delivery and continuous improvement.

职位要求：

1、本科学历，流体机械、机械工程等相关专业优先考虑。

Bachelor’s degree in Fluid machinery, mechanical engineering and other related major is preferred.

2、有1年及以上化工设备类的工作经验优先考虑。

Above One year of chemical equipment related work experience is preferred.

3、熟练使用各类Office软件及绘图软件.

Experienced in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AUTOCAD.

4、 良好的沟通能力和客户管理意识

Good communication and customer management sense.

5、良好的英语读写能力。

Good English writing and reading ability.

6、良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。

Good communication ability and team work spirit.

7、懂仪表、电气相关知识。

Have Knowledge of instrument and electricals.
