1、负责进行公司市场战略规划，制定公司的市场总体工作计划，提出市场推广、品牌、公关、活动等方面的具体方向和实施方案；根据公司品牌定位及业务需求，整合内外部资源，跨部门项目管理与沟通，进行各管道推广方案策划与执行。

2、根据细分行业推广需求，策划并执行市场活动，包括行业论坛、展会、主题沙龙、大赛、经销商大会，有效完成活动既定目标。进行市场调研与分析，研究同行，业界发展状况，定期进行市场预测及情况分析，为公司决策提供依据；

3、负责开发并维护大众媒体、垂直类媒体、KOL等渠道资源，形成长期合作。

4、建立完善市场部工作流程及制度规范；

5、制定市场推广费用预算、年度推广计划，并管理相关费用的支出，形成分析报告与建议。

6、自媒体运营与管理。包括微信公众号、微博、官网建设与运维。

7、设计并管理销售专业工具。包括小程序策划与开发推广、事业部宣传视频、明星产品包装视频、行业手册、产品手册及礼品等。

8、管理市场部团队，并对团队成员和相关部门进行市场培训和指导。

9、在韩国企业工作者优先。

任职资格

1、市场营销管理类或媒体相关专业本科及以上学历；

2、五年市场工作经验，在相关企业任职市场经理三年以上，具有行业的从业背景，对该领域发展有深刻理解；

3、具备很强的策划能力，熟悉（土建、室内、照明）设计师媒体，了解品牌推广运作，有独立运作新品牌定位和推广成功经验，有线下市场活动推广成功经验；

4、具有敏感的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强，具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；

5、具备良好的沟通合作技巧及丰富的团队建设经验；
