工作职责:

? Manage and grow sales in business team of construction sealant in South China., including distribution channel and direct customer management;

? Collect market intelligence in responsible regions, contribute to business team strategy setting;

? Contribute and propose market development strategy in Greater China to business team, coordinate the resource and implement the market development strategy;

任职资格:

Education

? Bachelor degree major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Economy or business management.

Knowledge/Requirement

? At least 3 years sales and marketing experience in chemicals or building materials.

? Distribution channel and account management skills

? Product and application experience in the construction industry, international company working background is preferred.

? Fluent English skill both written and speaking

? Good command of IT tools (MS Office, email, Internet).

? Willing to frequently travel in Greater China region (and abroad for training, meetings, etc)

? Good interpersonal skills and team player

? Works well independently
