There is now an opportunity for a marketing coordinator to join our team in a full time capacity. We are looking for an individual who has broad experience in media relations, copy writing, communications, event coordination, and social media management.

Position Overview:

This is a role for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator, responsible for assisting the Marketing & Communication Manager in the coordination of Place Design Group’s marketing and communications requirements. We are seeking a candidate that is an excellent communicator, with a focus on written communications; a ‘self-starter’ who can work independently and show initiative. The candidate will need to have on the ground experience and ideally have worked within the public relations arena or within the development industry.

The successful candidate will manage the role in a professional and efficient manner, reflecting and enhancing the company’s reputation. The role will include duties such as:

- 撰写新闻稿及媒体沟通

- 协助制作市场宣传品

- 协助活动

- 协助社交媒体沟通及内容发布

- 协助网站内容发布和更新

Essential Experience:

- 2到3年沟通和公关领域工作经验

- 媒体沟通经验

- 极佳的口语及书写能力

- 社交媒体管理经验

- 能在压力下工作

- 始终保持专业性和保密性

- 良好的组织能力和时间管理能力

- 能独立工作，并与团队保持良好的合作

- 能在最后期限内完成工作

- 工作积极主动

- 熟练运用微软办公软件和Outlook

Desirable Experience:

- 有地产业的工作经验

- 活动管理经验

- 能熟练使用InDesign和Photoshop
